Every quarter we select 1-2 companies in each industry based on their size, location and willingness to innovate.

We work with beta testers from many backgrounds, and of many sizes. Every quarter we seek specific characteristics including industry, employee count, geography and digital maturity. We’re typically looking for companies that are very open to implementing new platforms and adopting change but we sometimes seek out more challenging scenarios to test new onboarding and customer support systems.
We know that early customer feedback is critical to building the most effective products. We’ve built OPAS Mobile to be applicable to many industries, worldwide but there’s never a ‘one size fits all’. We need to hear from end-users in every role, every industry and every region so we can build the easiest-to-use software.
One of our key goals is to make our platform so intuitive that no user manual is required. We love to hear people say “It just works” when we ask them what their feedback is. It’s incredibly hard to build software that looks simple - thousands of hours of user experience, psychological and backend analytics research goes into every module.
